Can I order a number of gift boxes to go to different addresses?

Yes, if you want them to go to different addresses, please download our multiple address form on the shipping to multiple addresses page, then upload the completed spreadsheet.  A quote will be emailed through to you within 24 hours. Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What will happen if an item is damaged during transit?

Although all efforts are made to ensure your gift is safely packaged, sometimes it is possible that damages can occur due to the handling of goods in transit. If this happens, please call us/ email us immediately and send us a photo of any damage in order to arrange for the gift to be returned and a replacement sent. Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Can I get a specialty gift box made up?

Absolutely. Specialty gift boxes can be tailor made to meet individual needs & budgets. If you have any additional ideas we can create something awesome for you, simply contact us and we can discuss your requirements.

What will happen if the recipient is not home when the gift arrives?

If no one is available at your nominated delivery address to take delivery, our courier company will take the package to their nearest depot, and a calling card will be left so you can organise a re-delivery. One re-delivery attempt will be made free of charge. If additional re-delivery attempts are needed, any additional costs charged by the courier will be payable by you on delivery. If you are happy for the package to be left unattended, please write Authority to Leave, or ATL in the notes section in checkout, and if possible indicate where at the property you would like the package left (ie: ‘inside the carport’, ‘behind the side gate’). Unfortunately we cannot accept ATL requests for any products containing alcohol. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I request delivery for a specific date?

Yes, orders can be made in advance for a specific date. Just put this date in the comment box at checkout, but please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, we may not be able to get it there exactly on that date but will try to get it there as close as possible to it.

What if I wish to cancel my order?

Once your order has been accepted, the sale is final. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to assist where we reasonably can, and provided your order has not already been dispatched. We do not give refunds or accept cancellations where you have changed your mind.

What is your refund and return policy?

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Please refer to the estimated delivery times above for your destination. We will try to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. If I saw this and thought of you is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details or if a patient has been discharged from the hospital, that charge will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please allow an extra 4 working days delivery time for orders placed between 18 – 24 December.

What are your hours of business and where is your head office located?

We process orders Monday to Friday, from 9.00am til 5.00pm. We are not open on QLD public holidays.

Our head office is located in McDowall, which is on Brisbane’s northside.
